Electronic currency exchanges are instant. Cryptocurrency transfer time depends on the speed of network confirmations, usually takes 5-30 minutes after sending. If the blockchain network is busy, this time may increase. In cases where the transaction has already been uploaded to the network, our service cannot affect the speed of sending funds.

Usually applications in the direction of Cashin take from 30 minutes to 4 hours. In rare cases, up to 8 hours. Applications that were created after 20:00 are processed the next day.

An order may be rejected in the following cases:

1. You have not made a payment within 16 minutes 40 seconds from the moment of registration of the order;
2. You transferred the wrong amount and the system does not recognize your payment;
3. You transferred an amount of Bitcoin less than the minimum recommended commission according to the order. Orders with Bitcoin, paid for an amount less than the minimum recommended commission of the system, are not subject to execution and return;

According to the user agreement of our service p.9.4.1: "To change the beneficiary's details, the User submits an application to change the details in an email sent to support_exchange@alfabit.org. The letter must be sent from the email address specified when creating the order in which the User wishes to change the details. The letter should specify the number of the order, the old requisites from the order and the new requisites for receiving funds".

To verify a virtual card, you need to open virtual card in your banking application on your phone, so that you can see the card number in full (other data can be hidden), take a picture of your phone in front of the site with your order open and attach this photo to your order through a special form on the website. To verify a physical card you should take a photo of your card; your card number should be seen against the background of the screen with your open order on the site of our service. If you have already paid, you cannot cancel the exchange request. You can create a new request for the reverse exchange operation, but in this case all commissions are paid by the client.

The order may have the status "Pending" in these cases:

• Your coins are waiting to receive the required number of network confirmations. The speed of confirmation depends on the commission issued by you or the resource from where you made the transfer. Once the required number of confirmations for your transaction has been received, the status of your request will change and the request will be paid in full;
• You did not pay within the time frame from the moment the order was submitted;
• You transferred the wrong amount and the system didn't recognize your payment;
• You transferred an amount in the Bitcoin network, indicating an amount less than the minimum recommended fee;
• Orders in Bitcoin, paid for an amount less than the minimum recommended commission of the system, will not be refunded;
• You have indicated incorrect transfer details, for which the system can not make a payment. In this case it will be necessary to change the details.

No, registration in our service is not obligatory, but after passing the registration you will be able to monitor the history of completed transactions and participate in affiliate program.

Funds from you received after the expiration of the timer for payment. The rate in the order remains fixed if the payment was made by you during the time given for the payment of the order.
