• Screening and recruitment of Digital staff for Middle/Senior level vacancies;
• Preliminary assessment and selection of candidates;
• Interaction with hiring managers;
• Search for new channels to attract candidates for vacancies;
• Providing analytics and reporting on vacancies.

• You have been working in professional Digital recruitment for more than three years;
• Understand the recruitment process, know how to assess candidates, know search methods and resources;
• You are able to close complex vacancies independently and are able to build communication with hiring managers;
• Demonstrate curiosity and interest in IT and Digital;
• You are proactive and flexible in your work.
