AlfaBit.Group is a modern company developing its own IT products in the sphere of digital economy. We are an accredited IT-company.

At the moment, a System Analyst is required for the company's existing projects.

• Active participation in projects based on microservice architecture, including complex integration of information systems (synchronous and asynchronous integration methods, data exchange, customisation of interfaces and events).
• Direct interaction with business customers for detailed collection, analysis, formalisation and coordination of requirements.
• Developing terms of reference and specifications for development teams (design, backend and frontend) and overseeing their accurate implementation.
• Designing integration patterns and architecting solutions for application integration interoperability.
• Managing the requirements change process and organising customer acceptance of implemented functionality.
• Coordinating with product managers, experts and development team to develop optimal solutions to fulfil requirements.
• Managing product backlogs: decomposition of requirements, prioritisation, formulation of User Stories.
• Participate in UI/UX design development and analysis, liaising with designers to discuss user scenarios and verify that UI layouts meet requirements.
• Organisation of testing of developed solutions, including analysis of test scenarios and preparation of demo scenarios of system operation.

• At least 5 years of experience in system analysis and working on projects with microservice archetype as a mid to senior level specialist.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with API, UML, BPMN.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex systems based on data buses and messaging systems.
• Good analytical and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
• Strong knowledge in writing design and technical documentation.
• Advanced software development knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
